VIA| Herschel Walker is one of the greatest NFL players in history. A star with the Dallas Cowboys, he became a household name after winning the 1982 Heisman Trophy while playing for the University of Georgia.
Now, he doesn’t care what the liberals think about political correctness. He is supporting DONALD TRUMP for President!
The media asked Herschel Walker why he supports Trump. Here is his reply: “We have to do what’s right to save America.”
Then, Walker added:
I guarantee you [Donald] would do better than a lot of people in office now. That I can tell you for a fact.”
“Donald has said what he’s said, but his numbers haven’t gone down. That’s a sign he is saying the things that people think, but are afraid to say themselves. Donald is saying what people want to hear.”
And while Herschel Walker doesn’t agree with all of Trump’s platform, but as he opined: “[W]e do have to get this country safe. We have to quit being politically correct.”
Walker has known Trump for decades, as Trump once owned the New Jersey Generals, which was part of the USFL league. Walker noted that Trump made bold moves at the time to turn around a team after a losing season:
“[Donald Trump] wanted to win and he was prepared to go out and do whatever it took to win,” said Walker. “He was a guy that always did what he said he was going to do.”
“I think we had to get a president now that’s more of a business person.”
